Do I pay any booking fees?
No, there are no service charges or hidden fees for the traveler. The rates that you reserve are usually all inclusive. In some cities a small local bed tax may be added.

 

Is my credit card information secure?
Yes. The booking system used by participating hotels is secure and your credit card is encrypted, together with all your personal data. We guarantee a professional code of ethics and respect of privacy.

 

Reservations
All Ruyi Hotels have been selected for the quality of service and reliability. If, however, you are in the situation that something is amiss with your hotel reservation:

First, contact the hotel directly. All bookings are made directly with hotel. Reservation records are located in the hotel’s system.

If the issue cannot be resolved, please e-mail hello @ruyi-parishotels.com and we will work with the hotel to assist in solving the problem.

 

Hotel Stay
Should you have a problem with your accommodation or service, you will need to discuss the problem with the hotel management. All Ruyi Hotels are well experienced with guests of various nationalities and should be very responsive.

If you have been dissatisfied with your hotel stay, kindly email hello @ruyi-parishotels.com and we will exclude the hotel from the portal.

 

How do I can cancel a reservation?
A link to cancel your booking will be provided in your confirmation e-mail; you can also cancel a reservation online by returning at any time to the "Online booking" page and by clicking on the "Cancel an existing booking" link and then follow the instructions displayed on your screen.

 

Is there a cancellation fee ?
Yes, a lower fee than on most major portals. Please find below the fees charged in case of a cancellation.
